Membership is open to all residents of Waterloo and at the present time have members in
Tait House, Benson House,Croydon House,Charing House, Ospring House and Cornwall Flats
The whole of the Winchester Park Estate in Union Street.
Ipsden Buildings ( represent on local matters only )
Ufford Street, Mitre Road and the flats in Webber Street between Mitre Road ad Ufford Street
Membership is also available for past members who move out of the area but wish to keep their contacts
Membership may also be granted to residents of the area who are not members of other tenants associations.
Membership Fees are £4.00 per property and are due 1st September 2008
